Welcome to meeple.in! By accessing or using our platform, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms of Service.

1. Our Role as a Directory & Aggregator

meeple.in operates as an information directory and discovery aggregator for the Indian board gaming community.

Liability Shield: We do not host, organize, or manage the physical events, "Meep Ups", "Playtests", Cafés, or Stores listed on our platform. We are not a party to any transactions or agreements made between attendees, organizers, playtesters, or businesses.

As such, meeple.in is not liable for any disputes, cancellations, refunds, damages, or injuries that occur at real-world events discovered through our platform.

2. User-Generated Content (UGC)

Users and Organizers can submit content to the platform, including registering businesses ("The Board"), creating meetups, or requesting playtesters.

• You must only create listings or claim businesses that you genuinely represent.
• Spamming, posting misleading information, or creating malicious event listings is strictly prohibited.
• We reserve the right to edit, suspend, or permanently remove any user-generated content or business listing without prior warning if it violates our community standards.

3. Event Conduct

We expect all community members to exhibit respectful, inclusive, and fundamentally kind behavior when attending Meep Ups and Playtests. Harassment or exclusionary behavior at events discovered via meeple.in may result in the permanent suspension of your account and future access to our services.

4. Disclaimers & Third-Party Affiliation

meeple.in is an independent platform. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by BoardGameGeek.com (BGG). All BoardGameGeek syncing features utilize strictly public APIs subject to an independent developer agreement.

The platform is provided "as is" and "as available". We do not guarantee that the site will be uninterrupted or error-free.

5. Governing Law

These Terms of Service cover the operations of an India-centric community platform and shall be strictly governed by and construed in accordance with the Laws of India.
